Hyperbase demo
A downloadable game
This is a demo version of the Hyperbase game that I'm going to release in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
You find yourself in a mysterious alien base from which no one has ever escaped. Explore the base's perilous inner labyrinths to uncover ancient secrets, escape this hellish trap, and warn humanity of the impending danger.
The challenge before you are many randomly generated levels filled with a strange ether gas, whose nature and purpose are unknown. Each time you will make a decision - explore the level thoroughly to find important alien artifacts, make useful discoveries and get bonuses, or quickly escape, because every minute the level space is filled with dangerous alien creatures.
Features:
- More than a hundred randomly generated labyrinth levels, suggesting different ways of passing.
- Clear the labyrinths from the ether to earn points and ensure the conditions for the timely detection of dangerous organisms.
- Your electronic partner - AI girl Elise will help you explore alien technology, understand what kind of place you are in, and get out of it.
- A large number of secret artifacts and discoveries, to find all of which will not be enough for one or even two playthroughs of the game.
- The fate of the game at later levels depends on how you played and what decisions you made in the earlier stages.

I like the concept. Would love to see (or hear) voice acting instead of all the text. As it stands there is more reading than game play.
Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately, the voicing of such texts is quite expensive. In addition, speaking the text aloud also takes the player's time, while it is not necessary for the player to read the entire text. Texts in cutscenes can be skipped by pressing Space.
In the future, I will consider a partial voice acting option, where Elise will speak single phrases or short sentences.
